HEKA AI Mattress compatibility guide

The HEKA AI Mattress requires a stable and well-supported foundation to ensure optimal sleep performance and longevity.

HEKA AI Mattress works with both solid platform bases and slatted foundations. If using slats, ensure they are no more than 4" (10cm) apart to provide consistent support and prevent mattress sagging.

A solid, non-flexing foundation provides even support, maintaining the mattress's adaptive adjustment and comfort.

Traditional box springs lack a solid structure and balanced support, which can lead to uneven pressure distribution and compromise the performance and comfort of the HEKA AI Mattress. Therefore, they are not recommended.

Placing the mattress directly on the floor may trap moisture due to poor ventilation, potentially affecting sleep hygiene and comfort.
