How an experience session goes
Four steps, in a private room, by appointment, with a HEKA sleep consultant.
Step 1
Book an appointment
Fill in the form or call the hotline. HEKA calls back to confirm the time and prepares a private space for you.
Step 2
Try it in person with a specialist
Feel the AI mattress adjust as you lie on your back and on your side, and compare it with a fixed traditional mattress.
Step 3
Choose your line and size
A specialist advises on the M, U, UU or GTS line, the thickness and the size that suit your body, bed and budget.
Step 4
Receive it at home
Free delivery and installation in Vietnam, a 15-year limited warranty and the ELITE companion service.
