The GTS Series represents the peak of HEKA sleep technology, pairing the most advanced AI system with selected materials such as Cloud Foam, natural latex, SORONA® fiber and premium quilting. Every detail is optimized for outstanding support and the most refined rest.
More than 2 million support modes, built from 2.3 million test groups in the Stanford-iFutureLab Sleep Medicine Database, not preset programs. It is what HEKA has pursued since 2013, when it invented the first AI mattress.

The HEKA AI Mattress needs a firm, stable bed for the best sleep performance and a long mattress life.
Suitable
Flat bed base
Works with solid platforms and slatted bases. With slats, keep the gaps under 10 cm for even support.
Flat platform bed
A firm base that does not deform keeps the mattress's adaptive adjustment and comfort intact.
Not recommended
Box spring
A box spring gives no stable, even foundation and affects pressure distribution. Not recommended.
Directly on the floor
Restricts airflow, traps moisture and reduces ventilation and the quality of your rest.

Free delivery and installation
A White Glove team of four delivery staff and a HEKA specialist activates the mattress, checks it and shows you how to use it, so the AI Mattress is ready for personalized sleep.

In the first year a covered defect is replaced with a new mattress. The AI core system and the mechanical arms are repaired free of charge for 5 years, with extended care service.

What is an AI mattress?
An AI mattress uses artificial intelligence to sense, analyze and fine-tune its support surface in real time, adapting to your body and to every sleeping position.
The HEKA AI Mattress helps maintain the spine's natural curve, reduces pressure points and makes breathing easier while you rest.
Does the HEKA AI Mattress use electricity?
It runs on a 12V low-voltage supply, comparable to a toy battery, with insulation and shielding certified for safe use. When nobody is lying on it, the mattress rests and draws no voltage.
Do I need an app or a remote to use the HEKA mattress?
No. The app is only used for the initial activation. After that the mattress actively fine-tunes itself; there is no remote and nothing to operate.
Will the adjustments disturb my sleep?
While you are awake you may notice a very slight movement. Once you are asleep the fine-tuning is unobtrusive: HEKA works quietly to support you without interrupting your sleep.
What are the warranty and return terms?
The HEKA AI Mattress comes with a 15-year limited warranty. In the first year a covered defect is replaced with a new mattress; the AI core system and the mechanical arms are repaired free of charge for 5 years. See the Warranty page for details.
