Personal data protection policy
HEKA only collects the information needed to serve your experience appointment and to measure visits to the website.

Data
The data HEKA collects
The website collects data when you send the booking form and through the tools that measure visits.
- Booking details: your full name, phone number and the choices you make in the form (your interests, the product, the time to call you back).
- Technical details sent with the form: the page you were on, the source that brought you to the website, your browser type and IP address.
- Measurement data: the pages you view, how you scroll and click on them, and details of your browser and device, through cookies (see Cookies).
Purposes
What HEKA uses the data for
Your booking details serve only the experience session you asked for and the care that follows it.
- Calling you back to confirm the appointment and preparing your experience session.
- Product advice when you ask for it.
- Improving the website's content, measuring advertising performance and showing HEKA's advertising again to people who visited the website.
- HEKA does not sell data and does not use your booking details for any other purpose without your consent.
Storage & sharing
Storage and sharing of data
Your booking details are sent over an encrypted connection to HEKA's customer care system.
- Only the staff in charge of appointments can access your details.
- Booking details are shared only with the providers that run the website's infrastructure and the customer management tool, on HEKA's instructions.
- HEKA keeps the details for as long as needed to serve the appointment and the customer care, and deletes them at your request.
Your rights
Your rights over your personal data
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and the Law on Personal Data Protection of Vietnam you have the rights below. Send your request by email or through the hotline at the bottom of this page; HEKA answers free of charge within the time the law sets.
- To know, view and receive a copy of the data HEKA holds about you.
- To ask for your data to be corrected or deleted, or to withdraw your consent at any time.
- To object to and restrict the processing, and to complain when data is used for the wrong purpose.
