It runs on a 12V low-voltage supply, comparable to a toy battery, with insulation and shielding certified for safe use. When nobody is lying on it, the mattress rests and draws no voltage.

No. The app is only used for the initial activation. After that the mattress actively fine-tunes itself; there is no remote and nothing to operate.

While you are awake you may notice a very slight movement. Once you are asleep the fine-tuning is unobtrusive: HEKA works quietly to support you without interrupting your sleep.

The HEKA AI Mattress comes with a 15-year limited warranty. In the first year a covered defect is replaced with a new mattress; the AI core system and the mechanical arms are repaired free of charge for 5 years. See the Warranty page for details.

If you usually sleep on your side, have broad shoulders or are used to a high pillow, choose the high pillow (9/7 cm) to keep the neck in line with the spine. If you usually sleep on your back, have a smaller build or prefer a low pillow, choose the low pillow (7/5 cm) so the head does not tilt forward. Each pillow has two ridges of different heights: turn it around to pick the one that fits you.
