The film opens with HEKA's research team, which brings together experts from the Stanford Center for Sleep Sciences and Medicine and iFutureLab, then turns to a familiar problem: spring, foam and memory foam mattresses have a fixed structure that cannot keep up with the curves of the body and with sleeping positions that change all night. Without the right support, the spine can be held in an unnatural curve for hours, muscles and ligaments are stretched or compressed, deep sleep gets shorter and you may wake up with stiff shoulders, neck and lower back.
The second half shows what the HEKA AI Mattress does differently: an AI chip system inside recognizes body shape and sleeping position, and the mattress actively fine-tunes its support in real time, in small changes you barely notice. On your back, the hip area lowers to take pressure off the lower back; on your side, pressure on the hips and shoulders is eased, helping the spine keep its natural curve. The film closes with HEKA's network of more than 630 sleep experience centers worldwide.
Persistent back or neck pain, or numbness in the hands and feet, should be seen by a doctor.
